Cognifort 90-Day Test Plan: How to Judge It Before the Refund Window Closes
If you are going to spend money and three months on this, spend them in a way that produces an answer rather than an impression. Here is a protocol built around the shorter guarantee.
A fortnight of baseline, weekly averages, one variable at a time, and a decision by day 50.
Before you order
Rule out the medical question first. If your weight has changed without a change in habits, book a thyroid panel and an HbA1c instead of buying anything. That single sentence is worth more than the rest of this protocol.
Screenshot the page. Ingredient list, guarantee text, price, with the date visible.
Screen your medication list with a pharmacist — diabetes medication, warfarin, levothyroxine and liver concerns all matter here.
Take the smallest package. You do not yet know which formula will arrive.
The baseline fortnight
For fourteen days before your first capsule, record three things.
Weight, at the same time each morning, after the bathroom, before food, on the same scale. Every day, written down.
Waist circumference, once a week, at the navel, at the same point in your breathing. This often moves when weight does not.
Hunger between meals, scored 1 to 5 each afternoon. This is the outcome the product actually claims, and nobody measures it.
Change nothing during the fortnight. The baseline is only useful if it reflects your actual current life.
Compare Cognifort packages and discount pricing
The smallest package is the sensible first purchase — you do not yet know which formula will arrive or what your refund window actually is.

Weeks one to seven, and the decision
Take the product as directed. Change nothing else — not your walking, not your meals, not your alcohol, and do not read the bonus guides yet. One variable at a time is the entire point, and it is where almost everyone goes wrong.
Keep the same three records. At week seven, compare your weekly weight averages against your baseline fortnight, plus the waist and hunger trends. Averages, never individual days — body weight swings one to two kilograms across a normal week from fluid alone.
Day 50 is your deadline for requesting a refund. Diarise it when you order, and assume the shorter 60-day version of the guarantee applies. It leaves ten days to contact support, get return instructions and post anything back.
Run it properly and you will have a real answer — about this product, and about the next one you are tempted by.
Three official sites, three different products
This is the finding that shapes everything else, and you can verify it in about two minutes by opening the pages side by side.
One site sells a powder. Its own copy says “one scoop a day — no pills, no fuss,” and tells you to stir it into a glass of cold water. Its ingredients are listed as Green Tea Extract, Apple Cider Vinegar, a “Fiber Blend” and a “Vitamin B Complex”.
Another sells capsules built around Chicory Root Inulin, Potato Resistant Starch and a three-strain probiotic blend, and instructs you to refrigerate the bottle after opening.
The bottle artwork shows an “Memory & Mind Support” capsule, 30 per bottle, with icons for memory restoration and cognitive focus.
A prebiotic gut formula, a thermogenic drink powder and a metabolic capsule are three different products. Research on one page and order from another and you have no reliable idea what arrives.
Independent background reading, none of it selling anything: the European Food Safety Authority, FTC health products compliance guidance and PubMed. For the applied version of this on our own pages, see the full ingredient breakdown and interaction table or the Cognifort official website reference.
What we would do
Read the ingredient list and the guarantee text on the exact page taking your money, and screenshot both with the date visible — the official pages describe different products on different terms. Take the smallest package. Photograph the Supplement Facts panel when it arrives and compare it against what you were sold. Weigh at the same time each morning and compare weekly averages rather than individual days. And diarise day 50, assuming the shorter version of the guarantee applies.
Frequently asked
No. It is a cognitive-support supplement marketed to adults generally. Some review titles circulating online call it a men's vitality gummy, which is wrong on every count.
See a doctor. Thyroid disease, type 2 diabetes, depression and several common medications all cause weight change, all are diagnosable with quick tests and all are treatable.
No. One page claims 4.9 from 2,734 customers with no link to any third-party platform, and we found no independent record on the BBB, Trustpilot or comparable sites in either direction.
That depends which site you order from. One lists Green Tea Extract, Apple Cider Vinegar, a “Fiber Blend” and a “Vitamin B Complex”. Another lists Chicory Root Inulin, Potato Resistant Starch and a three-strain probiotic blend.
Disclaimer. Concentrated green tea extract carries a rare but documented liver-injury signal; green tea, acetic acid and fermentable fibre can each lower blood glucose; green tea contains vitamin K, which affects warfarin; and fibre reduces absorption of levothyroxine and iron taken at the same time.
